Anyone know of any websites or mailing lists or *whatever* that keeps up to date on #horrorlit releases? Particularly special editions, signed releases, and other limited run items? It's impossible to keep up with everything and it's often luck that I stumble across stuff

Nothing like that exists to my knowledge. The best you can do is subscribe to all their mailing lists & social media feeds. (Which is also a very easy way to grow broke, and you'll still always miss out on stuff.) I have an email ONLY set up for book related stuff- that helps organize at least.
