We are a young soccer culture. We could fast track the process by eliminating MLS salary cap and by having it stop strangling lower tier leagues. We also could speed things up by bringing in a head coach from a better soccer landscape. I doubt he would have come here but Bielsa was up for grabs!

Klinsmann was from a better soccer culture and he was a wretched coach. Not saying it can’t be a foreign coach but it has to be someone with a good track record.

We need to completely restructure the pyramid in the US to acknowledge the size of the country and introduce pro/rel…. But fat chance USSF does anything that the MLS money doesn’t agree with. We also need to bring back the Waldos as our permanent first kit - but they can’t even do that right.
