Yep, and usually we need others around. As things just don’t go away like that and we want those feelings to be embraced. We won’t be healed immediately and sometimes those things resurface.

Nothing is linear when it comes to any type of healing whether it's rehab for substance abuse, physical rehab/injuries or mental states. Having a good, sturdy support network is what makes healing work as well as it does. You are you're worst enemy sometimes when things aren't 100% in your control.
