Feeling somewhat better from yesterday. My feelings are valid, and there are times where I don’t feel good due to occasional depression & past memories Also from being judged for it, even when I talk about it. At times we need those who listen & give validation for our feelings

I have some people, but there were those who didn’t initiate or stopped being around, so it added to that feeling But the ones I have now are the type of people I need
