I haven’t started Ahsoka for that exact reason (I’m still early in Rebels) but seriously, that is a truly bonkers choice that kind of tanked my interest from the jump.

And it's full of prequel level dead air, shots that linger uncomfortably long and comatose acting! Honestly, you know what woulda been a good send off for Ahsoka? Make her part of the Rogue One crew. "She's a padawan what survived" woulda been explanation enough.

This is the touch of death recommendation, but... it starts off slow in the first couple of episodes, but it turns out to be pretty fun, especially once they get to the distant planet, and as someone who barely watched the cartoons, I never felt like the show didn't summarize in the moment enough
