Wow, great shots. I lived about a mile from there for 3 or four years as an elementary-aged kid while my dad managed a construction project at Blessing Hospital. I remember one 4th going to MO to get firecrackers and set them off in a corn field (over there where it was legal).

As a teen in the late '70s I worked in one of the first places to do the then off-menu blizzards. You basically had two choices: chocolate chip and the c-squared b-squared (chocolate-chip banana blizzard). Just of of a major campus, on Fri. and Sat. nights it's all we made.
