The demand from crypto is supposed to pay for expanded capacity. It’s a complete fantasy of course but there’s money to be made.

But doesn’t that require the crypto bros to pay for the extra grid? And wouldn’t Abbott disallow that b/c it’s bad for the “bidness” climate?
