Well, for starters, this is basically how we got Chevron in the first place. Everything still has to wind its way through appeals. Legislation won't work this is SCOTUS overriding the plain text of Congress delegating to the Executive.

Well in that case we're fucked and along for the ride and we should move along to the next topic that matters 🤷‍♂️ But I believe the decision was asking for legislation. Which might be extremely difficult to pass.

Well the latter part is what SCOTUS will call the major questions or nondelegation doctrine. Chevron and its end are not about these precisely but about deferring to agency interpretation when there is statutory ambiguity.
