Yeah, jails are for people who are charged. Prisons are for people who are convicted. That being said, people are often held for years in jail 'awaiting' trial because they can't make bail.

I have limited experience with his work. What I've seen is that if it says "Written by Steven Moffat" it's gunna be good. If it says "Produced by Steven Moffat" it's going to get more and more complicated without a payoff
