I don't think very many people share this opinion, as this is widely unheard of. A couple pretty specific internet searches provide no hits documenting it, and the fan base of Cobra definitely aren't the sort to care about such things. (But this does sound believable!)

If there isn't an option you're finding in PayPal account settings, maybe try their support desk? Common for streamers to setup the free business account and for the confirmations to be username, not legal name. (Set mine up like 8 years ago so I don't remember steps)
