The amount of *padding* in my bandages made it all look BIGGER for the first few days. I only had to keep that on for a couple days and then the swelling went down fast. I think they don't generally remove skin because it's additional healing complication and it will reduce/atrophy naturally.

(also if you want other bottom surgeries, having that additional skin available is useful for future considerations, but I think it's mostly that removing the skin is its own operation/consideration on top of the orchi)
