Listened to oral argument in FL case where the state argues a professor's speech is government speech.😬 Beyond the free soeech issues in the case, I was struck by how the judges just assumed that students could attend any school, anywhere. #AcademicSky #LawSky

Florida can't even regulate the things it actually has the power to regulate (property taxes, home insurance, car insurance, health care access, etc) so I'm confident they will never be able to regulate what comes out of my mouth in lecture. And now, it's pretty much a challenge. #Floriduh
