To the extent non-crank judges (post-Chevron) feel they need technical expertise (previously supplied and adjudicated by exec agencies), has anything been sketched out? E.g., are parties expected to hire external experts, and then judges adjudicate between expert opinions, with help from clerks?

And they don’t mean “can be fired for cause” since that’s already allowed. They mean “accountable for carrying out the president’s partisan agenda.”
