Oh we get it, but Democrats need to win by at least 1.4% to even have a chance of maintaining control. And even after that, anything a Democrat wants to do will be ruled unconstitutional by an unelected unaccountable Supreme Court appointed for life by presidents who didn’t win the popular vote.

I think a large number of people who had faith in the consistency of interpreting law and the logical arguments for their rulings have realized that it’s all BS and the Court will decide issues however they feel like deciding them. The U.S. is not a nation of laws. The laws are fake.

He was a charismatic front man for the post New Deal Republican Christian fundamentalist movement. They played the long game and won. This election also resulted in Democrats nominating center right candidates. I would argue that Biden is the most left of center president we’ve had in 70 years.
