The contents are newsworthy, to say the least. Last week, as part of Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s case against Trump, Cohen’s First Republic Bank records were front and center during witness testimony. So I did an annotation of the bank records 4/

How I got these docs is kind of a long story. 5 years ago, I filed a FOIA lawsuit against the FBI. It was for all the intv summaries from key witnesses questioned during the Mueller probe Since Cohen was a witness, I’m now in possession of 25-pages of his supplemental interview material 3/

The details around the bank activity have been widely reported, but many of the underlying financial documents haven’t surfaced. And since cameras aren’t allowed in the courtroom, the public largely hasn’t seen the evidence at the center of the trial 2/

I love document dumps. Recently, a DOD office dropped 2,500 pages in response to one of my #FOIA requests. They provide a pretty revealing – and somewhat startling – look at how the Biden admin struggled to counter a Russian disinformation campaign after the Ukraine invasion

The documents showed that the FBI ombudsman forwarded the email to Paul Abbate, the FBI’s deputy director. “Just wanted you to be aware of the concerns/comments our office has received regarding the search of former President Trump,” Chauncette Morey, the FBI ombudsman, wrote. 4/

FOIA docs: The Secret Service declined to open a formal probe into a post actor John Schneider made on X before Xmas calling for Joe & Hunter Biden to be hanged saying it was only a "veiled threat".
