Quite interesting. Mini/splits already so expanding? 140 yo masonry office where they say propane is the better choice. So, nat gas (methane) not available? Was it fuel oil once? Propane's not cheap. It’s oil for 2/3 house which is single level 140yo brick w/water radiators. Minis in addition. Kitchen mini seems to keep up w/cooling & dehumid. in common areas (semi open plan). Further rooms less so. 2008 new windows. No nat gas. Rural propane delivery.
