Not just time to penalize AI. Gradually raise a Carbon tax on all non- residential electric and a Carbon surcharge on residential power exceeding some per-resident kWh. Finance more solar, wind, storage, grid. Just like a draught response. Then same for gas.Then Carbon tax everything. MARKETS WORK!
