Anyone who remembers me from Over There might recall the story about the police officer who tried to use a pseudonym to sue people who criticized him on the job. We were able to open the record and force him to use his real name

My involvement ended when the Ohio Supreme Court forced the trial judge (Megan Shanahan) to unmask the officer (Ryan Olthaus). But the case continued. The defendants won a dismissal and moved for sanctions based on frivolous conduct. Judge Shanahan denied that motion.
