There are countless talented, creative people in the world making great art. Most get little to no attention. It sucks when one of your favourites turns out to be a piece of shit, but if you look hard enough you'll find some others who are just as good for you, or better.

I'll never understand ppl who who double down and defend their faves that turn out to be awful. Just find someone else! It's not worth it. And also how could they ever stomach that person anymore?
