Same, before transition I just didn't care if I was around anyone. After I started to transition I found that loneliness can be so crushing and painful that it can physically hurt.

No family near me and I have exactly one friend and she lives an hour away. I see her every couple of weeks. It is not enough though. Perhaps we should gather up a dozen of us touch starved individuals and rent a really big house.

Well I hope the 3rd time's the charm. I got my ears pierced for the 3rd time today. Both of the first two times they failed and my ears were a mess. This time I got Titanium studs and I hope they work. I am tired of wearing clip ons.

I have been telling cis friends that the goal is to make me and all trans women illegal. I normally get an eye roll and told I am just a drama queen. Or it gets really condicinding and I am told that is just all those hormones you take talking.

That and we are just an easy target. We have been so demonized on the right that that is all the average person ever hears about us, unless they know someone who is trans. That makes it safe to vote against our interest.

I went through a lot of childhood trauma over what we now know as gender dysphoria. Including a week in a hospital when I was 11. Because a fucking monster tried to beat me to death when he caught me wearing a dress. I keep opening more repressed trauma. So nope not doing it alone.

Yes it was. I have spent the last week cleaning out my art studio. I have been using it for storage since my wife died and it was just full of boxes and junk. But it is the one room that I can keep cool in triple digit weather. Tomorrow I will move in there for the rest of the summer.
