Oh, Vin Scully. Absolutely. His voice was velvet. I grew up watching ESPN's coverage with Jon Miller, too. I'm not a big baseball guy (haven't been in years; no real 'local' team) but certain voices just work well with certain sports. Like Keith Jackson and college football.

An old roommate / friend in Phoenix ages ago (as in 2004) had a copy of this. Anyone know if something like this can be acquired, or has it gone out of print for good? Also, I think it could use an update for the 21st century. Don't you think?

Bone removal from surgery. Smooth bone fragments on the back edge of your ankle. Extra bone in your foot. Extra bone in your heel. Bone spurs and scar tissue in your heel near your Achilles tendon. Seems one of the bones is healing on its own, which is good. How's that?

Monochrome Monday. You can see why I'm not fond of my rear end. The extra layer of fat from my belly, and the loss of muscle tone from weight loss down the back of my legs and thighs. I would love to look slightly more appealing there, but time and effort elude me. Also, I have sequestered balls.
