This is vile, and also utterly typical of the US treating the world like a giant chess game. I'm not going to claim that China and Russia don't do the same, I know they do. And it makes me angry to see any nation playing these b.s. games with people's lives.

I will wholeheartedly say that the US DoD and intelligence agencies have a negative impact on the world. (And, by extension, the US govt.)
