We just spent $85 million on a new basketball arena but I have to ask friends to download Legislative Studies Quarterly for me because of library budget cuts.

Is it wrong that spending $85m on an arena (which is at least a real building that exists) is less offensive to me than dropping however many millions on EdTech, which ends up being a hybrid of a white elephant and vaporware?
