Many many sympathies. My executive function fell over and took my ability to read a book a day down with it. I miss that version of me. She was cool.

thank you! I am trying to sort of . . . let myself bend with the executive function fluctuations, if that makes sense. a lot of my problems arise from expecting myself to be at a different point than is currently the case and then getting really upset at myself?
