And just to be clear, she was never going to try this case. Its been doomed since the day it was assigned to her. But now she has "arguable" grounds to dismiss it knowing that it would take years to get back to her if reversed.

100% for sure, after Clarence sent out the Bat Signal in his concurrence in Trump. And because a ruling on these grounds won't get slapped down immediately by the 11th Circuit (accompanied by an order recusing her) and in any event will then get appealed up to SCOTUS, which will affirm.

He won't need to pardon himself, they have already said he could not prosecuted. Ford was wrong to pardon Nixon; Nixon already was immune. And Nixon is smiling today, for saying "when the president does it, its not illegal."

Its an election year and this was an easy case (other than for Judge K in Amarillo and the 5th Circuit). But there will be a different result when they find plaintiffs with standing, like the states that have intervened before Judge K. This is not over yet; just delayed for a year or two..

This is hardly worth commenting on and its a waste of time to follow this case. It has been obvious from the beginning of this case that she would never try this case, and drag out the proceeding forever. This only gets tried if Trump loses in November and the 11th Cir. removes her after an appeal

Well, if Somerset Maugham's quote, "Monaco, a sunny place for shady people,” is correct, Trump certainly belongs there. Or maybe he just admires the deposed African or Haitian dictators who moved there with money looted from their countries' treasuries.
