Haven't been able to get meds since 2017 because of insurance stuff. Have appointment next week. And then my idiot brother visited and gave me Covid. Aaargh!!! Hope they let me mask or telehealth.

Man, I'm sorry to hear that. In those situations I just assume the traditional position, of preemptively holding my head in disappointment with myself. I know it's coming it's.jist a matter of time. Best of luck!
