I think there *was* an original Buffalo Roadhouse (before my time in Tampa - I moved here in '85) but when Scooter opened the place on Albany they kept the name the same.

hmmm, the address looks about right. It was called Buffalo Roadhouse (not II, just plain) and Scooter ran it after Act IV and Cesar's. Lotta bands played there (including us).

This guy has very funny (albeit largely over my head because I don't know Spanish unless it's about food) takes on the music world. His fabulous interpretations of Bach are among the punkest I've seen, especially this one (which he's performing barefoot)

I love that place name, Aberystwyth. The first time I ever heard/saw it was as the title of a movement in Vaughan Williams' Household Music. None of us in the quartet could pronounce it, but the word sure looked pretty.

When I first started to study viola, my teacher's studio recitals were full of young kids who played circles around me. I felt like I had 2 heads. Years later, I've improved, but damned if this music festival isn't like a 10-day version of those studio recitals. Excruciating.

I have played this in string orchestras, but I figured it might be easier for quartets to set up outside the Supreme Court Building. Hell, why not any kind of ensemble? Let people stand outside the Court and vocalize it. SCOTUS needs to know how people feel about what they've done.
