I haven't seen it, only clips, and probably won't. I have a thing against realistic animals speaking in human voices, with their mouths and eyes animated to look more human.

That was definitely nightmarish. Well there's a wolf runt whose treated as special needs or disabled, who IS Mowgli's best friend - but at some point Mowgli rejects him (which is already pretty heartbreaking). Later Mowgli finds his freaking head in a trophy hunter's house, and barely reacts iirc
