I actually think we should just have people with chain saws cut people’s cars in half if they try to drive into Manhattan so for me this was a decent compromise

Best I can tell her main gripe is a 4th amendment libertarian style objection to the surveillance cameras. She also says there's no way to do congestion pricing without surveillance, so the only solution, apparently, is to do nothing.
