because it is about a pretty specific situation and not the sitting president. and one that's running. it's all very bizarre. like the court made some broad exec power rulings in the bush years, but bush was still president then.

right. i'm just guessing, but "undermines rule of law" vs "horribly wrong decision" sounds wild to me from a sitting prez in a direct address to nation (def from this deep institutionalist). tho southern govs vs Brown should be even more fiery. Bush & Obama refs are good to check. tnx for response!
