I don't hate Berhalter the way some people do, but this team is too emotional, too hotheaded, and makes so many fundamental mistakes that's it's impossible NOT to blame the coach. Like, why do your defenders keep passing across the goal?

It seems like such a basic thing: Only cross the ball in front of their goal, never in front of your own goal. btw, I can comment on this authoritatively because I myself was a successful soccer coach. (I made certain that every one of those 7-year old kids played at least half of every game)
