Vittoria does do things aimed at issues like health and sustainability. I assume you've got good instructions and a plan. I would emphasize the pre-stretching and broomstick steps. Also taping off the rim sidewalls.

I have the Vittoria video, which fails to mention pre-stretching or broomsticks. Is there also some bedknob information I am lacking?! Because the glue is water-based, it easily cleans off the rims! At least in the video...
