A foreground galaxy smears the image of the background quasar into a bright arc.

A QUASAR is a bright illumination Not an enlightened donut We have PIP Ex-ufo in the night sky EVERY NIGHT in the atmosphere every night, some land, the air force has to fly pushing them higher.🇫🇷 DOESN'T shoot them down.
