I pretty much know my use by date. Knowing there's nothing I can do to change that, I just live each moment of each day, even if it's doing absolutely nothing. What has utterly ruined it for me is society ignoring a pandemic that keeps me forever isolated.

It's really difficult to find a psych who is experienced in oncology trauma, compounded by an old brain injury + complex MH disorders arising from that. Old treatment modalities do not work with me. EMDR makes it worse. Forget drugs. I'm hoping to find someone who'll just let me talk it out.
