This is a "won't someone rid me of this meddlesome priest" death threat against Tennant. JKR has billionaire security and resources, while Tennant is a successful working actor out in the public. JKR is playing the victim while encouraging a stochastic terrorism solution to pro-trans rights.

Realistically, Tennant is personally safe, but the average rank and file pro-trans rights person is not. JKR and her ilk want people afraid of personal violence against them if they publicly oppose them. To force not just Trans people into a closet, but their allies.
