Not really I think. The court said Trump couldn’t be prosecuted for seizing their billions, but a court could definitely give them their billions back. With a few extra billion for damages.

Consider the wealth behind our leading newspapers, our largest social media platforms, and the vast majority of our personal computing capabilities. Leaving that wealth and power in the hands of others risks enormous instability. National security demands that I seize control of it.
