It’s a state government rebate, the supplier doesn’t affect it. They’ve just outsourced the information and administration work. It’s just a bad decision by the state government.

I do know how it works having done some of the contracts. It’s never been religious organisations in the past. The State has historically been averse to using them because some people won’t
