Signed. This is a blatant cash grab. Digital books already can only be checked out to one person at a time. They're no more damaging to the publishing industry than paper books.

they're getting sued because they removed that limitation. they allowed an unlimited number of people to download books they had one physical copy of. it was a stupid and obviously illegal stunt that puts the entire project at risk. they're not going to win the appeal.
