Not a bad move - I don’t have other medical appts (thankfully!), and my long COVID care provides notes afterwards so I don’t have to recall everything. You got it on the first wave? Ugh, I’m so sorry! I didn’t get it until 2022 and after a few vaxs.

Totally agree - it’s brutal, struggling with brain fog and trying to comprehend studies you find to try to explain to medical professionals. I had my wife come along to my first real long COVID appointment because I wasn’t making clear sentences.

Trying to do less laundry while there this year. My wife and one kid will be there both weeks, I’m coming for war week and bringing the other kid. We’re with Bhakail, in the Serengeti. Could always use more SCA friends!

There’s a 12-string Ricky with a little grabber system that grabs the “upper” string per pair, and pulls it into the body. Of course I forget the model number, I know The Church used it, the deadened strings between the live ones is a bizarre sound, always fascinated me.
