the thought's been rolling around in my head after hearing about old underground comics stuff. I feel like it's a logical reaction to how social media has changed our relationship with our art and community and also genAI shit. Artists just need to get real raw and unfiltered and messy.

In theory, should be able to make any of my human-ish OCs out of this base without always changing the topology. I can't tell if i've unconsciously built it based on my own body type/proportions (I slimmed it down because it felt more apparent before.

Parrots definitely have a sense of context. Cooper doesn’t like my hand reaching for her, but when I’m working it’s her favorite spot to sleep. Connor doesn’t hate it when I pick up just anything, only when it is the TV remote, my stylus, and Switch controllers. Phone is ok.

Movie financing seems more attainable than a sustained crowdfunding and merchandise campaign for a long running show tbh There was also Denver Johnson’s The Worlds Divide that I think premiered at Annecy that’s a feature, which I think had some crowdfunding but was largely out his savings/own time.

I don’t remember what video I watched but they were like, pigeons could make more substantial nests if the environment requires it, but for cliffs and buildings, it doesn’t doesn’t make sense for them to use the energy to build it when they could use it more toward caring for the eggs.

As nice as the base mesh model that came with blender was, I still had to change some of the topology to get the deformations that I wanted so I’m just making my own general mesh for humanoid bipeds now. Sorry but not sorry the 3D flood gates have opened.
