Haven't caught the things you noticed, or if I did I assumed it was the result of a less than stellar internet connection, but I have noticed that for at least the first two episodes, they end incredibly abruptly.

Noticed that too, but I think that's just Netflix' tendency to cut off credits and start new episodes
