If Biden is president and therefore immune to laws how does he not immediately order the arrest of the Supreme Court and Donald Trump as official actions in the interest of preserving the Constitution, his duty as Executive? Or is "official" code for "things Republicans like"?

Whilst you’re absolutely correct, I think the Democrats rn are trying to avoid giving the extremists too many justifications to go to war with their own government - something that has been a problem for the last 20 years or so.
