Yeah, all languages have these little spots of non-correspondence. Eg. French has no distinction between turtles and tortoises, but English (unlike French) has no distinction between owls with and without ear tufts. So if I am translating “owl” to French I need to know, tufts or not?!!

I'm sure there are problems like that in English. I've probably run into a few, but darned if I can think of them right now.
