Working hospitality has made me realize that it's not gonna be my forever job Never thought it would be anyway. Don't get me wrong, it's not necessarily a hard job, but definitely not my cup of tea. If I ran my own little bed and breakfast, maybe. But not a 100+ room modern hotel. People are crazy.

Jesu christu people. So much careful planning by prosecutors and people just couldn't seem to stay the course and police their actions better in order to NOT give the defense even small shreds of possible crumbs. I get nothing was really unethical, but c'mon... we all knew this was game time. Smh.

I didn't vote for H.C. or T in 2016. I did a protest vote. And I own up 2 what happened. Then we did 2020. And B is here. However, these same friends now tell me they r planning on voting 3rd party. I tell them they r insane. Last time we didn't know. Now we do. I don't know why they would do this.

I called out a guy in Walmart who was calling me gay a few years ago. I pointed out HE was the one checking MY legs out. His gf found my response entertaining. She was cool. She pointed out how he (the bf) wouldn't even wear pink anything and "At least he [me] is comfortable in his own body".

I seriously don't get y just because I wear tights w/ my shorts, people think I'm... not straight. I mean... I MAY be bi... I don't know. I'm married 2 a woman. I got the job! Because, of course I did! 🤣 Part-time working the front desk at a hotel. I can sit in between dealing with customers and is a really laid back place. I'll admit, I had an insider there already, but it had to be approved by the GM. Stable income. Which is what I needed.

I'm signed up for door dash. The areas around me don't pay that great that are close by. And I did it a couple times already and it really aggrevated my back by the end of a few hours. May try again, but my car currently has no moving air due to the blower motor going out. So trying to fix that now.

Unfortunately, I don't think it would help. I've been diagnosed with spinal stenosis, severely herniated discs (one of which is pushing on my sciatic nerves), and every disc in my lumbar and thoracic is bulging or herniated. Seeing a neurosurgeon soon hopefully.

Currently substitute teaching. But it's severely hit or miss. And what am I gonna do during the summer? Getting scared. I have to have income. Even part time. But leads aren't panning out and everything I see requires lifting or being on your feet for hours a day. Anybody have any ideas? PLEASE!

Starting to feel desperate. My health issues with my back are completely messing everything up. Talked with a lawyer and disability, at this point, doesn't look good. Yet, I can't do anything besides sit at a desk and/or walk around for short periods of time. Really limiting employment possibilities

Or... work till you're disabled and then be forced to live in poverty. That's what I'm facing down the barrel of currently. If I said I wasn't scared, I'd be lying. Wife worked 30 years and retail and became disabled. Now my back is going out, and I'm not ready.
