it really is terrifying how easily libs and centrists cede ground on the narratives that surround law (like saying roe v wade wasn’t a good precedent years ago, even some bullshit you can find about the reconstruction amendments not being explicit enough)

Well, anything that might call into question what conservatives believe to be natural hierarchies is tantamount to communism. Which would be laughable were they not successful in their decades-long quest to recodify those hierarchies.
