and it turns out there are some very cool OB/GYNs out there (mine was at Swedish) who are extremely sensitive and proactive about trans issues and also at being like, "oh no, yeah, we can *definitely* do something about this Thing That Shouldn't Be There"

so like. I dunno. to destigmatize it or whatever, this was for a hymenal tag removal and they sliced off like, a nickel-sized piece of tissue off of me and now I have 6 stitches. I won't lie, it's not Pleasant but I am pretty sure this is gonna make penetrative sex Not Painful in the long run

someone just upgraded their membership which is appreciated but I swear was not the aim of this mishap. I feel legitimately terrible about this!! I don't know all my patrons' situations; I worry some folks might use Patreon on devices shared with family members, or minors, or... ahhhhh
