This isn't entirely accurate, unfortunately a lot of developed nations don't have it, although almost all have PUBLIC healthcare, which is a bit different.

Even Brazil has one and USA don't. After the end of the dictatorship supported by US, in 1988 we created SUS, the biggest public healthcare system in the world, with the biggest transplant and vaccination systems. It does a lot, and needs to do way more (it's underfunded, the rich barely pay taxes).
