...child soldiers? The answer should be they're not -- the Legion is a club, and they do this kind of thing because they want to help, not because they're some weird-ass child military. They may deal with the authorities a lot, but they're not a part of a command structure. They're self-motivated.

Yeah, I can agree with that. At best, they should be sort of called on when needed. That’s the difference between the Legion and, say, Dev-Em. But on the other hand, they kind of get themselves into that situation when dealing with super criminals. They’re superheroes, more qualified than a random
