Yeah, I can agree with that. At best, they should be sort of called on when needed. That’s the difference between the Legion and, say, Dev-Em. But on the other hand, they kind of get themselves into that situation when dealing with super criminals. They’re superheroes, more qualified than a random

Braalian, by design. I think it’s a balancing act that gets harder as you age the characters. (Which is a related issue; are they still just a club as they become an organization of twentysomethings with all that power, training, and experience?)

Sure. They even self-identify as superheroes. So they're up to help in a crisis. But because it's what they want to do. If they start to seem like hard-bitten paramilitary, something went wrong somewhere.
