From memory, the comic has 'Just you remember that Leia - because I'll be back!'. Ford always says the original line was 'I love you, too'. Both versions, of course, could have been true at different points.

Yeah, I was probably combining stuff from a couple of sources. Given the amount of time it takes to make things… my guess is the comics line is from the earliest draft, and “I love you, too” was what got as far as the set before Ford rejected it.
